Description

• Provide financial insights and analysis to support revenue and capital projects.
• Analysing monthly management accounts, reviewing commercial performance, and investigating significant budget variances
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Support budget preparation and monitor performance against financial targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver financial strategies.
• Prepare financial models and forecasts for effective decision-making.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on financial matters.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A Full Accountancy Qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CIPFA)
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Extensive Finance Business Partner Experience
• Worked with senior non-finance stakeholders
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
