Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary and secondary schools across the Kettering area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide classroom support to pupils and teachers across Key Stages 1-4

• Work with individuals or small groups to boost learning and confidence

• Assist with behaviour management and create a positive learning environment

• Support pupils with additional needs (SEN experience beneficial but not essential)

• Help prepare resources, support lessons, and contribute to school life

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar)

• A patient, caring and proactive approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A desire to support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development

• A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
