Responsible Individual – Children’s Residential Care

We’re looking for an experienced Responsible Individual to oversee a two children's home in Bradford.

What You’ll Do

• Lead on Ofsted compliance, inspections, and safeguarding
• Drive quality improvement through audits, data insight, and reflective practice
• Support and develop Registered Managers
• Shape organisational strategy and service development
• Build strong relationships with the children, young people, families, and other professionals

What You Bring

• Experience as an RI, Registered Manager, or senior leader in children’s residential care
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
• Proven ability to improve services and lead teams through change
• Strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and sound judgement
