About the role
As a 1:1 Learning Assistant, you will support a pupil with additional needs to thrive both in and out of the classroom. Working closely with the Inclusion Lead and Class Teachers, you will tailor learning experiences, adapt resources, and help deliver targeted interventions. You'll play a vital role in supporting the pupil's academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and social development-helping them grow in confidence and independence across the school day.

This is a 1 year fixed term contract (subject to funding with the local council) with a proposed September 2025 start date.
