My client are a BRC accredited supplier of frozen food products, supplying a range of food service providers, convenience retail and catering within the UK.

Main responsibilities:

* Managing all product data, nutritional information and allergens to ensure compliance with UK and EU regulation and customer requirements.

* Validtaing product labels and signing off on all artwork ensuring alignment with specifications.

* Support audits with up to date documentation and product information.

* Liaise with suppliers to ensure accurate data and compalince to customer requirements, approving new suppliers and support risk assessment process.
