What You'll Be Doing

* Fabricating bespoke timber windows and doors from technical drawings

* Operating modern woodworking machinery (including CNC-controlled systems)

* Working with hardwoods, softwoods, and engineered timber like Accoya

* Assembling and finishing products using hand and power tools

* Ensuring every piece meets exacting quality and safety standards

* Collaborating with skilled colleagues in a clean, well-organised workshop

What We're Looking For

* Solid experience as a Bench Joiner in a joinery or window manufacturing environment

* Confident in reading drawings and working independently

* Skilled in the use of industrial joinery equipment

* High attention to detail, accuracy and finish are second nature

* A team player with a strong work ethic and clear communication
