We are currently looking for a reliable and proactive Production Operative to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll support the team in ensuring high-quality products are delivered efficiently from production to packing.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free working environment

Operate forklifts and machinery safely and efficiently

Follow work instructions and production processes accurately

Monitor product quality and report issues promptly

Support break relief and minimise waste

*

Accurately record data and communicate with the team

*

Participate in continuous improvement projects (e.g. Kaizen events)

Adhere to hygiene and GMP standards at all times
