About the Role - Special Needs Teacher

* Teaching a small, well-supported class of pupils with EHCPs

* Planning and delivering highly differentiated, multi-sensory lessons

* Collaborating with a team of skilled TAs, therapists, and support staff

* Using a range of communication and regulation tools including PECS, Makaton, and visual aids

* Creating a nurturing, structured and positive learning environment where all students can thrive

The Ideal Candidate Will - Special Needs Teacher

* Have QTS, QTLS or equivalent (ECTs with SEN experience welcome)

* Have previous experience working with children with SEND in a school or specialist setting

* Be confident managing challenging behaviour and emotional regulation needs

* Have knowledge or training in ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD or SEMH

* Be adaptable, creative, and passionate about inclusive education
