What You'll Do

Starting as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be fully trained through the Impact Academy. On day one, you'll begin:

Interviewing education professionals for temporary and permanent roles
Crafting strong CV profiles to showcase candidates to schools
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
Meeting targets and earning commission every step of the way
