Monday to Friday - 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (weekly rotation)

We're recruiting for a Process Operative for an industry leading UK manufacturer producing innovative comfort materials used in household products. No experience is needed — full training provided.

The Role:

Operate production machinery safely (training provided)
Perform regular quality checks to ensure correct specifications
Input machine settings and change blades when required
Use SAP system to scan and book finished stock
Accurately complete shift paperwork and order records
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We're Looking For:

No experience required - full training given
Must be numerate and literate due to paperwork and stock handling
Reliable and comfortable working on a rotating shift pattern
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
