The Work

Information Systems Management

* Lead the organizations production change control committee through initiation, design, development, acquisition, and deployment of strategic transformative data and technology platforms and systems.
* Optimize existing data and IT solutions and continuously assess for opportunities to drive business value through continuous improvement and systems maturity.
* Proactively manage the growth, training, structure and capabilities of system modernization and teams on hardware and software solutions.
* Oversee the contracted IT managed services vendor performance and activities in ongoing management and maintenance of IT systems and security to ensure all systems and networks operate according to internal standards, external accrediting agency standards, regulatory agencies and legal requirements.

Data Analytic Solutions

* Develop the data management infrastructure and analytic strategy to include data modeling and warehousing, implementation, and execution to advance data aggregation, discovery, analysis, and reporting. This include the strategy for data governance, master data management, and data quality.
* Own the organization analytic data project portfolio and lead in-depth rigorous end-to-end data and analytics (define data structure and system requirements, conduct analytics & validation, distill insights, develop recommendations, and support business implementation and impact measurement).
* Lead the development of business reporting/visualization (e.g., Dashboards, KPIs) and partner with enterprise leaders to create, modify and maintain reporting and associated workflows that meet the needs of the business.
* Direct a team of developers and analysts to manage data conversion, integration, analytics and system adaptation activities to accelerate insights and impact.
* Responsible for identifying and executing transformative data and IT initiatives and innovations to improve both the customer experience and operational best practices.

Requirements

What You Bring

* Bachelors Degree required; Master's Degree in a field appropriate for this position (Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics, or other equivalent disciplines), preferred.
* Five years of progressively responsible experience in the development, installation, and maintenance of information systems. Experience in IT product management across business units.
* Five years analyzing large datasets, data mining, data management, and data warehousing, to include reporting (both ad hoc and perpetually refreshed), data visualization tools.
* Expert in defining, designing and developing solutions on multiple platforms (such as Microsoft Azure, VMware, or OpenStack)
* Experience with multiple technology domains, including cloud computing, web solutions, integration, networks, systems, databases, data mining, and security.
* Proficiency in at least one data programming language.
* Expert experience with data migration, integration, and ETL between various external systems via connections such as REST APIs, ODBC, EDI, etc. Hands on experience working with database technologies, including Oracle, SAP, SQL / NoSQL, FileMaker platforms, and visualization applications such as Spotfire or Tableau.
* Expert development knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software (Salesforce). Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications preferred.
* Extensive project management background and exceptional interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
* Inclination to discover novel opportunities for applying analytical techniques to business problems across the enterprise.
