Role: 3rd Line MSP Engineer
Location: Warrington (1 day in office per week!)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arose for a 3rd Line IT Engineer to join a fast-growing Managed IT Services Provider based in Warrington. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative and customer-focused organisation.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting clients in a Managed Services environment, and have a passion for technology and problem solving. You will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to clients, resolving technical issues and providing a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Provide 3rd line technical support to clients, handling complex technical issues and working with the client to resolve their problems
Design, install, configure and maintain infrastructure in client environments
Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service
Utilise a range of IT tools and systems to monitor and manage clients' infrastructure
Proactively monitor and maintain clients' systems and networksTechnical Skills:

Windows Server
Active Directory / Group Policy
Virtual environments
Office 365 / Exchange Server
Projects, migrations
Networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
Backup solutions
