As the Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor, you will be:
Manage daily compliance tasks following certification
Inspections of the mechanical and electrical systems within a property
Complete audits and post inspections on the contractors work
Involved with signing off the EICR's
 
Qualifications / Experience:
NVQ Level 3
18th edition
AM2 or 2391
Previous experience on the tools as a M&E surveyor
Previous experience overseeing contractors
Previous experience working with EICR's
 
As the Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor, you will receive:
£42,000 to £47,000
11% pension scheme
