Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Industry: Curtain walling, Facades

Location: London

Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

* Must have Curtain Walling, Façade, Structural glazing industry experience.

* Must have minimum 5 year Quantity Surveying experience

* Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes

* Estimate, prepare and submit detailed cost plans, bills of quantities and other tender documents.

* Buying and procurement of Materials

* Ideally worked on Large scale Curtain walling, Façade Projects

* Team player, and supportive of colleagues.

* Able to work on own initiative, with the drive to take ownership of projects.
