A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Textile Technologist to join a leading manufacturer of technical textile fabrics. You'll play a key role in overseeing dyeing, printing, and finishing processes—ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with customer and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support across Production, R&D, and Quality teams

Manage full lifecycle of production trials

Collect, analyse, and present process and quality data

Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation

Troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions

Ensure compliance with all technical, quality, safety, and environmental regulations

Skills and Experience Required:

Strong technical knowledge of textile processes

Hands-on experience in dyeing, printing, and finishing

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Clear and confident communication skills

Organised, methodical, and detail-focused

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

IT literate and proactive in approach

Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
