Genesco Sports Enterprises, Inc. is looking for a dependable, organized, self-motivated individual to become part of the GSE Team.  This person will be part of the Administrative team, responsible for all aspects of the operation of the business (accounting, HR, facilities, IT, etc.).  The ideal candidate must be a number cruncher at heart - enjoy financial analysis, problem solving and be willing to roll up his or her sleeves to complete data entry, filing and other day-today tasks.  Duties will grow as the candidate learns the personality of the business and gets more comfortable with higher-level assignments.


Primary Responsibilities:

The Bookkeeper is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 - Review check requests for accuracy, push back for inadequacies and enter them into the accounting system

 - Review credit card statements to ensure that they are adequately supported with appropriate documentation, internal job numbers, etc. and enter them into the accounting system

 - Other administrative and/or organizational duties, as directed



 - Ability to multitask in a fast pace, dynamic environment

 - Experience with accounting software - Sage Peachtree a plus

 - Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills

 - A positive and helpful attitude
