LOCATION - Hybrid (Home /Office - 74 King Edward St, Macclesfield SK10 1AT)

WORKING HOURS - Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730

SALARY - £24,570 - £25,300

CONTRACT - Full-time, Permanent

To provide efficient and effective credit control and banking in accordance with company procedures and industry best practice.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

Ensure that debts are chased promptly and efficiently to specific client requirements.
Allocate all customer payments into bespoke management system for all leaseholder receipts.
Process online credit/debit card payments through bespoke management system.
Assist customers in setting up Direct Debits
Deal with customer queries, verbal and written, using the bespoke management system linking to Word and Excel.
Investigate and resolve customer queries, potentially liaising with other teams/departments within the business.
Issue correspondence to leaseholders and liaise with their mortgage company and our solicitors, where appropriate.
Provide assistance to Financial Controller Property Accounts to prepare reports, using link between bespoke management system and Excel.
Assist with the training of new members of staff.
Other ad hoc duties within the Finance department, in particular to provide cover for other members of the credit control team when needed.
Undertake other general duties as required from time to time to assist in the success of Premier Estates.

Ability to plan, organise and prioritize work.
Ability to work independently from home once trained.
Strong communicator in both written and verbal; you will be liaising with clients, contractors and persons inside / outside of the organization.
Excellent team player
Proficient IT Skills
Strong Multi-Tasking Ability
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
Experience in accounts would be beneficial
