We're working with a respected Midlands housing association that manages thousands of affordable homes across the region. They're committed to delivering high-quality estates, fostering safe and vibrant communities, and investing in services that empower tenants to live well and thrive.

Your new role You'll join the Estates team on a 3-month temporary contract, taking responsibility for day-to-day estate management across a defined patch in Sandwell. Tasks include coordinating repairs and maintenance, inspecting communal areas, liaising with contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering a first-class environment for residents and supporting the wider neighbourhood team.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll bring hands-on experience in property or estate management within social housing, with strong knowledge of compliance standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are key, as is the confidence to work independently across multiple sites. A valid driving licence and flexibility to travel around the Midlands are essential.

What you'll get in return
This role offers an hourly rate of either £22.41 (PAYE) or £25.32 (Umbrella) and the opportunity to work for a highly reputable housing association and provide support in ensuring local communities are a happy and safe place to live for tenants.
