Be able to effectively pre-plan
Have extensive knowledge of the national curriculum
Be able to motivate and encourage children to learn
Have a professional level of classroom management

What do rates of pay look like for Supply Teachers with Teaching Personnel?

Day to day supply is typically between £125-£160 per day, dependent upon experience. For longer term positions, this is negotiated with yourself and the school but would generally be paid to the National pay scale - No less!
