Are you a hands-on Maintenance Engineer looking for a fresh challenge in a fast-paced FMCG environment? We're hiring a proactive and skilled engineer to join our dynamic team at our Bromsgrove site.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. You'll carry out both planned and reactive maintenance, minimise downtime, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production equipment

Respond promptly to breakdowns and diagnose faults

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

Contribute to process improvement and efficiency projects

Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety standards

Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment availability

✅ What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar maintenance role within an FMCG or manufacturing environment

Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills

Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC/HND)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility for shift work (if applicable)
