Belmont Recruitment are currently working with a NHS Trust based in London to recruit an experienced HR individual on an initial 3-month temporary contract.
This is a HYBRID full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
This role is to help support with a number of complex, organisational change/TUPE programmes.
You must be able to effectively manage competing demands, prioritise tasks appropriately and have good attention to detail.
The successful candidate must have considerable experience in organisational change and TUPE management, with experience of having worked in a unionised environment is desirable.
Previous NHS experience is not essential but would be an advantage.
