Architect (Outside IR35) 6 Month Contract - Manchester based

An award winning practice in Manchester is looking for an experienced Architect to join them on a contractual basis, initially for 6 months. The role is outside IR35 offering a working from home policy of 1 day per week due to their collaborative structure.

The role would involve working on both UK and international schemes in the residential and hospitality (hotels) sector, focused on the pre schematic design of most projects.

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years professional experience and be a strong user of Revit, alongside being familiar with other associated software such as AutoCAD & Sketchup. You would have mixed experience in architectural projects including schemes related to the above.

Responsibilities

Using Revit whilst assisting with the delivery of varied schemes.
Developing concepts and detailed design packages to construction documentation.
Collaborating and delivering solutions with the wider multidisplinary teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in construction and architecture.
Strong organisational, creative and presentation skills.
Proficient in Revit.
