£40,000 + Commission + Bonus DOE

The Opportunity

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a high-performing Branch Manager to head up its Manchester operation within the industrial and driving sector. This is a hands-on leadership role with full P&L responsibility and the scope to grow and shape a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in industrial or logistics recruitment, combined with a passion for winning business, developing staff, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Leading and developing a team of recruitment consultants and support staff

* Driving new business and expanding the client base across the North West

* Managing key accounts and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

* Overseeing compliance, H&S, and legal requirements across all placements

* Monitoring branch KPIs, performance targets, and financial goals

* Recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring new team members

* Taking ownership of day-to-day branch operations and commercial decisions

Candidate Profile

* Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Consultant in industrial and/or driving recruitment

* Proven success in business development and team leadership

* Strong knowledge of recruitment compliance and operational procedures

* Full UK driving licence (essential)

* Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness

Salary & Benefits

* Basic salary of £40,000

* Uncapped commission scheme
