Asset Manager

Resourcing Group is supporting an FM contractor based in Wiltshire. They would like to appoint an experienced Asset Manager to join their team of directly employed staff based on a static site. This particular role, includes that day to day running and management of the maintenance on site for all of the commercial premises.

The company specialise in carrying out a mixture of day to day responsive repairs as well as scheduled PPM works, specifically working camp side, operating on behalf of the MOD.

The role is based in Salisbury and is being offered as a secure and safe opportunity for anyone seeking longevity and permanent contract of employment.

This role is available for someone with previous asset management experience, overseeing schedule of works, liaising with the customer to ensure that the the assets are managed accordingly (off hiring and on boarding), ensuring that agreed KPIs are adhered to and hit, ensure that the internal customer database and systems are kept up to date - to name a few duties.

Essential:

Previous experience of managing commercial buildings
Customer liaison
Health and Safety as well as management of compliance for the buildings on site
