Primary Teacher - Old Town, Swindon

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Primary Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Old Town, Swindon? Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated professional to join a welcoming primary school starting in September 2025.

This full-time role offers the chance to make a real difference in pupils' lives, with the potential to be a long-term placement. While the specific year group will be confirmed, you'll be teaching either Year 1 or Year 4, allowing you to leverage your expertise across key developmental stages.

About the Role:

As a Primary Teacher, you'll be responsible for:

Creating and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons across all subject areas, aligning with the Early Years & Primary National Curriculums.
Assessing and tracking pupil progress using formative and summative methods, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
Cultivating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and can thrive.
Adhering to all safeguarding and child protection guidelines and school policies.We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Proven experience teaching children, ideally with exposure to both Nursery (private or school-based) and Primary settings.
An outstanding knowledge of the Early Years & Primary National Curriculums.
A demonstrated ability to plan and deliver creative and effective lessons.
