Job Summary

Arena Stone & Ceramics is a specialist subcontractor delivering high-specification stone and tiling packages for Tier 1 contractors on major commercial projects in Central London. We are known for meeting strict program deadlines and technical requirements on the capital's most iconic office developments.

We are recruiting a hands-on BIM Manager to implement our designs within the BIM model, ensuring all finishes, build-ups and junctions are fully integrated and compliant with ISO 19650 standards.

This role is ideally suited for someone with prior experience in the construction industry who is eager to take ownership of BIM processes, clash detection and project delivery. As a key member of the team, you will ensure our digital information is accurate and fully coordinated with all other trades.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain BIM models for tiling and stone fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with BIM protocols.

* Develop, edit, and integrate Revit families across projects, maintaining high standards for modelling consistency and efficiency.

* Clash detection and resolution, coordinating with multiple trades and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Manage COBie data requirements and ensure accurate information exchange.

* Manage and navigate multiple Common Data Environments (CDE) to ensure seamless information exchange.

* Maintain model integrity and data standards in accordance with project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

* Work closely with the design team, set standards, and streamline processes.

* Attend BIM kick-off meetings and weekly coordination and clash detection meetings

Essential Requirements

* Degree or technical qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or Architectural Technology.

* Strong background experience in similar position - Either working for a main contractor or subcontractor.

* 3-5+ years' experience in BIM coordination/manager working on complex construction projects

* Working knowledge of BIM standards and ISO 19650 - Ideally certified

* Strong Revit skills, including family creation/editing, scheduling, and model management.

* Experience with Navisworks and Revizto for clash detection and resolution.

* CDE Expertise: Proven experience working within major platforms including Asite, Oracle Aconex, Autodesk BIM 360, etc

* Proof of right to work in the UK will be required
