A well-established nursing home in Truro, rated Good in all areas by the CQC, is seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join its leadership team.

The Role

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of clinical care, compliance, and staff performance. You will play a key role in maintaining CQC standards, mentoring staff, and driving continuous improvement across the home.

Requirements

RGN or RMN with active NMC PIN

*

Previous experience as Deputy Manager or strong Clinical Lead ready to step up

*

Good understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance

*

Passionate about elderly and dementia care

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills
