Role Overview

As Nursing Home Manager, you will:

Lead and inspire a team of care staff and nurses.

Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.

Manage budgets, staffing, and operational efficiency.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement in care quality and resident satisfaction.

Requirements for the Nursing Home Manager

Registered Nurse qualification (preferred but not always essential).

Proven experience in a management role within a care or nursing home.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding practices.
