About the School

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that engage and support pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and communication needs
Work closely with teaching assistants, families, and external specialists to implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Use ongoing assessments to track progress and refine teaching strategies
Create a classroom environment that promotes respect, safety, and inclusivity
Foster independence and self-esteem in all students

What We're Looking For

QTS or PGCE with proven SEN experience
A compassionate, adaptable approach to teaching

Two professional references confirming your suitability
