* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues.

* Ability to adapt to different situations and provide personalized care based on individual needs.

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* Previous experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care) is advantageous.
