We are recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Hereford. This role involves supervising pre-planned lessons in the absence of teaching staff and ensuring students remain on task.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, teaching assistants or individuals considering a career in teaching.

Responsibilities:

Supervising lessons across KS3 and KS4

Managing classroom behaviour and engagement

Ensuring a positive learning environment

Reporting back to teaching staff at the end of lessons

Requirements:

Experience working with young people

Confident classroom presence

Strong behaviour management skills

Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
