Amazing Ad agency are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst with good general 1st line support / service desk experience. The ideal incumbent will be used to working on a busy service desk with good general Windows and Mac support experience, you will be required to come in and provide excellent customer service to our internal client base of over 850 users for this busy advertising / new media agency. The ideal incumbent will have 1-2 or more years of experience in an IT Service Desk role with good troubleshooting skills and excellent telephone manner. In addition to Windows and MAC skills you should be comfortable with AV (projectors, microphones, presentations, setting up events) to support internal and external pitches. The position will involve the following; - Dealing with and resolving 1st line service desk requests. - Escalating IT issues to the 3rd parties or IT Manager where necessary. - Diagnosing and resolving technical problems as methodically and efficiently as possible - Supporting and maintaining Mac, MS Server 2012/Desktops (Win7, Win10) and MS Exchange (2013.) - Setting up and configuring new user accounts including hardware/software installs. - Patching of network and phones. Skills experience: - Experience of Windows operating system and providing 1st line support to more than 850 users. - Good experience supporting Windows 7 and above. - Mac OSX support. - Able to use MS office packages effectively. - Broad knowledge of technology. - Knowledge of basics of ITIL (incident management.) - Experience on a service desk or similar customer facing role. - Networking fundamentals, DHCP/DNS, TCP/IP. - Apple iOS (iPad iPhone.) - Media background preferred.
