Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks

Northamptonshire / Warwickshire

Salary and package is negotiable upon experience

Our client is open to this role being a permanent position of self employed out side of IR35. Therefore at this stage package is negotiable.

Our client is a well-established Groundworks contractor working across the UK mainly on commercial projects.

Quantity Surveyor must be from a Groundworks or Civils background.

Quantity Surveyor requirements:

* Take off's and Measures

* Pricing of Variations

* Submission of monthly applications

* Submission of tenders

* Communicating with clients Commercial department

* Attending meetings

* Forecasting project commercial

* Reporting projects and communicating within the business

* Reviewing Rates and agreeing rates with Clients

* Internal Reporting

* Chasing of payments
