We are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Year 3 Teacher to join our team in September 2025.

Role Overview:
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will guide pupils through the early part of Key Stage 2, building on their KS1 foundations and supporting their transition into a more independent learning style. You will plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that support pupils academically while fostering their confidence and curiosity.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum

*

Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs

*

Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect and active participation

*

Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership to ensure consistent, effective teaching and learning

*

Maintain strong communication with parents and carers to support children's development

*

Participate in wider school life, including enrichment activities, trips, and events

We are looking for:

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

*

Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably in Year 3

*

A secure understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment practices

*

Strong classroom management and organisational skills

*

A passion for education and a commitment to continuous improvement

*

A collaborative team player with a reflective and positive attitude

*
