Are you passionate about supporting children in their learning and helping them achieve their full potential? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools in King’s Lynn and the surrounding areas.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in their learning, both 1:1 and in small groups.
• Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Work with children with a range of abilities and needs.
• Promote good behaviour and help pupils feel confident and supported.

• Experience working with children (school-based or related settings).
• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to different school environments.
• Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
