Overview:
 
A leading organisation are currently seeking a Employee Relations Specialist to manage multiple ER cases at one time and support the organization with structural changes

Role & Responsibilities:

Report progress on ER cases
Work closely with internal and external legal teams to discuss ER cases
Oversee the company structural change including redundancy processes
Managed complex ER cases to resolution
Work with managers on ER queries and give guidance 
Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous experience working in ER positions  
Experience overseeing organization structural changes  
Great attention to detail
CIPD Level 3 +
An excellent communicator
Hard-working and ambitious 
Package:

Up to £350 per day (Umbrella rate)
