Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our team in Enfield, London. As an HLTA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting teaching and learning within the classroom environment. Working closely with teachers, you will assist in the delivery of lessons, provide targeted support to students, and contribute to the overall educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide support to classroom teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons.

* Lead small group activities and interventions to support student learning and development.

* Assist in the assessment and monitoring of student progress, providing feedback to teachers where necessary.

* Establish positive relationships with students, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

* Contribute to the implementation of behavior management strategies, ensuring a safe and respectful classroom environment.

* Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to promote the welfare and academic success of students.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA within a school setting.

* Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.

* A proactive and flexible approach to supporting teaching and learning, with the ability to adapt to the needs of individual students and classrooms.

* Knowledge of relevant curriculum frameworks and educational best practices.

* Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to undergo the process.
