COMPANY: THE ROYAL AUTOMOBILE CLUB

JOB TYPE: Permanent , Full Time

The Royal Automobile Club has two beautiful diverse clubhouses in Woodcote Park, Epsom and Pall Mall, London. We are currently looking for a CRM and Website Executive, based in Epsom but with occasional travel to London.

Working within the Communications Team but in close partnership with the IT Team, you will provide the IT expertise in digital communications which enables the Club to engage effectively with its members and other audiences.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Develop the use of Marketing Cloud to create effective emails and campaigns, to target and engage members with relevant interests and recorded behaviour
  • Work closely with the IT Team to develop the use of the Salesforce CRM system and associated software (such as booking systems) to provide data on members which enables them to be targeted effectively
  • Use the Salesforce CRM system to provide insights into member interests and behaviour to inform Club communications and marketing
  • Provide technical support on the website CMS (maintenance and development) and liaise with the Club’s website agency on fault fixing and changes
  • Analyse the Club website’s use and user journeys and make recommendations help to optimise the structure and content
  • Provide technical support to the Communications Team on the use of social media
  • Provide training to colleagues on using the CRM and CMS and on social media
Our ideal candidate:

  • Strong technical skills including working with a Salesforce CRM system
  • Previous experience in developing the use of Marketing Cloud or a similar e-marketing system
  • Some experience of planning and implementing e-marketing programmes / campaigns
  • Previous use of, at technical level, common website CMS systems
  • Experience of website development and optimisation
  • Team player and experience of collaborating with all areas of the business
