The Role
As an experienced Service Advisor, you will be familiar with the role, including delivering a high level of service to all customers visiting the service department. From the initial point of contact with the customer; checking the details on the Jobcard and updating them throughout the day, to invoicing and handover.
The requirements:

A customer focused approach, with an appreciation for effective team working
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer focused environment and keen to develop their skills
A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is essentialThe Salary
Basic circa £30,000 - £32,000 dependent upon experience,
with £45,000 OTE per annum + Company Benefits
