German Teacher
First For Education are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Wolverhampton to recruit a passionate and committed German Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive Modern Foreign Languages department and inspire students to develop confidence and fluency in German.
This role is for 5 days a week with an immediate start.
We welcome applications from experienced teachers and ECTs with a genuine enthusiasm for languages.
QTS is essential
The Role

Deliver engaging German lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
*
Plan, prepare and assess work in line with the national curriculum
*
Differentiate lessons to meet a range of abilities
*
Promote a love of languages and cultural awareness
*
Monitor and track student progress
*
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom practice
The Ideal Candidate
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Specialism in German (ability to teach a second language desirable but not essential)
*
Strong subject knowledge and passion for languages
*
Excellent classroom management skills
*
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
