My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented HR Workday Learning Partner on a Contract basis.

You will play a crucial role in maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of the Workday Talent and Learning platforms and provide expert guidance and support for professional users across both areas.

Hours: 35 hours Monday to Friday

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

Developing and maintaining Workday system process map documentation
Supporting the implementation of new and refinement of current Workday products, including Workday Help, Journeys, Notification Designer and Skills Cloud
Developing and delivering Workday training for HR colleagues
Development and implementation of talent cards, calibration using succession planning tools

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

Extensive experience in a similar role
Experience of the Workday Learning and Talent suites both as an end user and as an administrator
Strong understanding of Talent and L&D processes and best practices
Implementation and development of Workday Skills in a skills-based organisationHow to apply
