FLT Counterbalance Driver – Night Shift

Location: Harlow Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:30pm – 6:30am (37.5 hours per week) Pay: £15.00 per hour Contract: 12-week temp to perm Salary Increase: Pay rise after 12-week probation

About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and established warehouse team in Harlow. This is a night shift role offering long-term stability, with a permanent contract and pay increase after 12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Replenishing stock across the warehouse
• Loading vehicles safely using a Counterbalance FLT
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Following all site Health & Safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in-date)
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience
• Ability to work night shifts reliably
• High attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong team ethic
