Academics work closely with a network ofsupportive Secondary Schools across Staffordshire, recruiting committed Maths Teachers who are passionate about helping students build confidence, resilience, and success in mathematics.
The Role: - Teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Deliver engaging, structured lessons that promote understanding and problem-solving.
- Support students of all abilities to achieve strong progress.
- Plan, assess, and adapt lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel confident to learn.
- Work collaboratively with departments and wider school teams.
What We're Looking For: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Maths (ECTs welcome to apply).
- Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 advantageous).
- Strong subject knowledge and effective behaviour management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for improving student outcomes in Maths.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
