Spencer Clarke Group are looking for several RMN's on behalf of a HMP client. To provide mental health care to prisoners, including assessments, treatment plans, therapy, and reviews. Work closely with other professionals (healthcare, probation, prison officers) to ensure coordinated and high-quality care.

Start as soon as possible for 12 weeks.

What you will do:

• Manage your own caseload of prisoners with mental health needs.
• Assess, plan, and deliver care, including post-release planning, as well as working under the Care Programme Approach and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Offer evidence-based care while respecting individual backgrounds and needs.
• Provide wellbeing support and link with substance misuse and primary care teams.
• Keep accurate records in line with NMC standards.

What we're looking for:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (NMC)
• Experience with therapeutic techniques (e.g., CBT, motivational interviewing)
• Experience in prison or criminal justice setting is essential.
• Ability to manage complex case loads and supervise others.
