Full-time | 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, supervise, and support a team delivering home care services
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including interviews, DBS checks, and onboarding
  • Manage training and induction, ensuring all staff meet required standards
  • Monitor team performance, handle supervisions, and address disciplinary issues when necessary
  • Ensure client needs are assessed and met through tailored care plans and regular reviews
  • Promote client engagement and contribute to the branch's quality assurance efforts
  • Maintain compliance with Health & Safety requirements in the branch and client homes
  • Ensure rotas are managed effectively and care calls are delivered as scheduled
What They're Looking For:
  • Proven experience managing domiciliary care or a similar service
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Availability to work alternate weekends and be on call as needed
  • A compassionate, proactive attitude and genuine commitment to high-quality care
