We are recruiting for a Commercial Manager to support a Facilities Management contract in Bridgend. This role would suit an experienced Commercial Manager or a Quantity Surveyor looking to step up.

Key Responsibilities

*

Managing commercial aspects of an FM contract including PPM and reactive maintenance

*

Contract administration, particularly NEC contracts

*

Procuring subcontractors and suppliers and managing them through the contract lifecycle

*

Supporting commercial reporting and financial performance

Essential Experience

*

Experience working on Facilities Management contracts

*

Strong Excel skills

*

Experience with NEC contract administration

*

Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers

Desirable

*

Experience with CAFM systems

*

NEC3 / NEC4 knowledge

*

Public sector or government contract experience

*

Final accounts and contract close-out experience
