Mploy Staffing Solutions Ltd is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client—an established firm of Independent Financial Advisers—who is seeking an experiencedMortgage Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
You will work closely with Independent Financial Advisers and Mortgage Consultants, providing end-to-end administrative support throughout the mortgage process. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and progressing mortgage applications from submission to completion
- Inputting and maintaining client data using internal systems (IRESS/XPLAN)
- Submitting Decisions in Principle and mortgage cases to lenders
- Supporting compliance checks, documentation verification, and file management
- Liaising with clients, lenders, and third parties to ensure timely updates and resolutions
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high standard of data integrity
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in mortgage administration, ideally within a whole-of-market or limited-panel setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence navigating digital systems
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume workload
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Initiative and problem-solving ability, with excellent time management
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team-oriented approach and a willingness to support colleagues
- A commitment to providing excellent client service

Please note that this role is based in a rural location not serviced by public transport. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle will be required for commuting.
