Home Manager - Elderly Care Home
Location: Near Peterborough
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 (dependent on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Home Manager to lead an established elderly care service based near Peterborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, while also focusing on the commercial performance and growth of the service.

The role will suit a confident and proactive individual who is able to balance quality, compliance, and business performance — with a particular focus on increasing and sustaining occupancy.

About the Role:

* Full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home

* Lead, motivate and develop a stable and effective staff team

* Ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance are consistently met

* Drive occupancy levels through relationship building and local networking

* Work closely with key stakeholders to support the ongoing success of the service

* Manage budgets and ensure the home is operating efficiently

About You:

* Previous experience as a Home Manager within an elderly care setting

* Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) desirable but not essential

* Strong leadership and people management skills

* Commercially aware with experience in improving occupancy

* Confident in working with external professionals and building local relationships

* Passionate about delivering high standards of care
