Job Description
We are looking for a nurturing and proactive EYFS Teaching Assistant to join an early years setting in the Redditch area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young children and understands the importance of a supportive start to school life.

Key Responsibilities

Support children aged 3-5 in classroom activities and routines

*

Assist the teacher in delivering a creative and engaging EYFS curriculum

*

Help maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment

*

Support children with early language, social skills and phonics development

*

Provide personal care where required and ensure high levels of wellbeing

Required Experience

*

Experience working in an EYFS environment within a school or nursery

*

A Level 2 or higher qualification in Early Years or Childcare

*

A warm, patient, and energetic approach

*

Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
