The Best Connection Tamworth - Recruitment AgencyOur client, a well-established company, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their customer service team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a dynamic environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound and outbound customer service calls
Handle equipment breakdowns, parts orders, and complaints
Maximise First Line Resolution to reduce overhead costs and improve customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and resolutions
Adapt to weekly changing shifts and flexible working patterns
RequirementsExcellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently
Flexible and available to work 5 days over 7, including weekends
Comfortable working varying shifts between 08:00 - 20:00 (Mon-Sat) and 09:00 - 17:00 (Sun)
Pay£13.28 per hour
- Overtime after 37.5 hours worked, £19.92 per hour
