Our client, a well-established company, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their customer service team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a dynamic environment.

• Manage inbound and outbound customer service calls

• Handle equipment breakdowns, parts orders, and complaints

• Maximise First Line Resolution to reduce overhead costs and improve customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries and resolutions

• Adapt to weekly changing shifts and flexible working patterns

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently

• Flexible and available to work 5 days over 7, including weekends

• Comfortable working varying shifts between 08:00 - 20:00 (Mon-Sat) and 09:00 - 17:00 (Sun)

• £13.28 per hour

• Overtime after 37.5 hours worked, £19.92 per hour

• Weekly pay - every Friday
